Before you write
- Disputing a trust score. Tell us the domain and which signal you think is wrong. Scores are recalculated from public records, so a correction usually means pointing us to the record we missed, such as a company registration number or the page where your business address is shown. We do not change scores on request without a reason we can verify.
- A site shown as down that is up. Press "Re-check now" on the status page first; that runs a fresh check from every location. If it still shows a problem, include the domain and the time.
- Removing a site. We do not remove pages about public websites, but we do correct them. Write to us from an address on the domain in question so we can confirm you control it.
- Advertising and partnerships. Choose "Advertising" below. Placement never affects a score or a status.
